StarLight NS is a semiconductor pumped solid-state nanosecond laser. This series of products offers various power levels for selection, with a repetition rate of 100Hz and a maximum pulse energy of 400mJ. It has excellent material removal efficiency and is suitable for precision machining applications such as microelectronics, material processing, solar energy, and medical equipment manufacturing.
The StarLight NS series is a fourth generation laser that has been validated in the industrial market, utilizing industry-leading advanced technology to enhance performance. Its design, manufacturing, and testing aim to provide longer stable operating time. Unlike other similar products that use traditional air purification to try to keep the optical components clean, StarLight NS has adopted an active cleaning system to ensure the cleanliness of the laser and extend its service life.
The StarLight NS laser has a smaller volume and is easier to integrate. The new device completely replaces the bulky power supply/controller of the past; All components are minimized and integrated inside the laser. It can generate up to 400mJ of single pulse energy, and its weight is only a quarter of that of competing laser products in the same class, thereby reducing the cost of use and greatly improving production efficiency.
