It can generate stable laser pulse output with a maximum power of 200W, pulse energy of 1mJ, and pulse width of 10ps, and has special advantages in cutting and processing brittle materials such as glass with a thickness of 10mm or more, as well as aerospace special materials. Based on this, expand to more bands such as green light, ultraviolet, and mid infrared.
This product can provide an average power of over 60W and a pulse energy of over 100 μ J, making it an excellent laser source for industries such as FPC/PCB, glass/wafer, chip cutting, internal engraving, ceramic drilling and slicing, solar film engraving, metal and non-metal surface processing, etc.
This product can stably output pulse energy greater than 50 μ J at a high power of 40W. By adopting multiple independent innovative technologies, the single point lifetime of its nonlinear crystal is greater than 2000 hours, while greatly ensuring its stability during operation. It has important applications in 3C electronic consumption, semiconductor, new energy photovoltaic industry, and 5G communication field.
StarLight NS semiconductor pumped solid-state laser, a nanosecond laser from ultraviolet to infrared, is available in three wavelengths of 1064nm, 532 nm, and 355 nm and various power levels for selection. The repetition rate can reach 1 kHz, and the maximum pulse energy can reach 100mJ.
The MIR series high-energy mid infrared pulse laser independently developed by Huachuang Hongdu adopts unique self synchronous optical parametric frequency conversion technology, which can sustainably and stably output different wavelength beams of 2.5-4.0 μ m. Under sub nanosecond pulse width, the average power can reach up to 20W, and the maximum pulse energy can reach 10mJ. It has important application value in fields such as scientific research, medical applications, and gas detection.
